Repair the Welcome Hall at St. Luke’s UMC following severe water damage to facility corridor roof and interior. Renovate damage and create an acoustically treated, open and welcoming space to accommodate large group gatherings ensuring sufficient space for small groups to have quality conversations.
Outcomes:
- Project completion within budget range. ($500K Budget)
- Updated 30 year décor design to a more open space
- Added acoustic panels to spaces for sound dampening
- Added additional building and campus signage
- Added digital touch screen monitors for campus and event information
- Added directional signage for new children’s ministry venue
